Pre-paid hours are to be used within the term you explicitly register for. Terms may be extended if we cannot meet due to inclement weather or holidays. The time slot you plan to attend regularly needs to be specified on application.

Make up sessions when the whole group misses Self-Assembled Conversational Spanish tutoring sessions can be granted ONLY if requested 24 hours before day session was originally scheduled. Make up sessions need to be scheduled within the same pre-pay term on which the corresponding session was missed. Sessions not made up within the pre-paid term will be inevitably lost. Make up session when a sub-set of the group misses Self-Assembled Conversational Spanish tutoring sessions will NOT be granted at any time.

Terms need to be paid in advance through your preferred payment method by visiting our payment center. Payment needs to be sent after submitted application has been approved.

Initial term payment need to be received at least 5 days before desired start date. To hold into time slot, consecutive terms are required to be paid 5 days before your current term expires. Reservations cannot be made unless payment is received on time.
