asked questions
for Tailored One-on-One
Spanish Classes in MD, VA, DC, NYC,
North Jersey NJ, Boston MA, and Denver CO
How
long is each term? Can I make up
a missed session?
Pre-paid hours are to be used within the
term you explicitly register for.
Terms may be extended if we cannot meet
due to inclement weather or holidays.
Make
up sessions for missed Tailored One-on-One
Spanish Classes can be granted ONLY if
requested 24 hours before day session
was originally scheduled.
Make up sessions
need to be scheduled within the same pre-paid
term on which the corresponding
session was missed. Sessions not made
up within the pre-paid term will be inevitably
lost.
If
you travel constantly or you have a variable
schedule, plan ahead to meet more times
in weeks when you know you will be in
town.
|
| Will
I have a fixed schedule?
The
time slot you plan to attend regularly
within a term needs to be specified on
application.
Each
new pre-paid term, however, you decide
how you allocate incoming pre-paid sessions
subject to your needs and your tutor's
availability.
If
your circumstances change, consider requesting
a free change of schedule.
|
| When
and how do I submit my payment?
Terms
need to be paid in advance through your
preferred payment method by visiting
our payment center. Payment needs
to be sent after submitted
application has been approved.
Initial
term payment needs to be received at least
5 days before desired start date. To hold
into time slot, consecutive terms are
required to be paid 5 days before your
current term expires. Reservations cannot
be made unless payment is received on
time.
|
| Do
I need to purchase books?
No.
All proprietary learning material will
be accessible at no extra charge through
our online student center.
